Purpose of processing personal data and storage times
We will save the information filled in on the VisitKempele website quotation request form and disclose it to service provider companies. The service providers process the information in order to provide their services and in accordance with their own privacy practices. The municipality of Kempele uses the data for statistical purposes.
The information in the quotation request form will be stored while the request for quotation is being sent. The statistics are kept for two years.
We use Google Analytics to collect and store cookies on the VisitKempele website. We use cookies for marketing planning and targeting, marketing reporting and analysis.

The information provided in the invitation to tender will be processed with the consent of the donor.

The data subject can submit any request concerning their rights to the person responsible for the register. Before accommodating the request, the identity of the data subject will be verified.
- Right of access to information
The data subject shall have the right of access to the personal data contained in the register.
- Right to demand rectification
The controller will correct incorrect data concerning the data subject at their request.
- Right to request erasure of personal data
The data subject has the right to request the removal of their personal data from the register. If there are no grounds for storing the personal data, for example if the data subject has withdrawn their consent, the personal data will be erased.
- Right to restrict processing of personal data
The data subject has the right to have the controller restrict the processing of personal data if any of the conditions listed in Article 18 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation are met.
